this whole RATM christmas number one thing - my opinion

A song that raises money for charity should be number one - Rage Against the Machine are giving their proceeds to Youth Music to help young musicians, and the campaign on facebook are giving money to Shelter, who give housing and food to the homeless, one of the most forgotten charities in the UK.

The money from the X-Factor winner lines Simon Cowell's already considerably deep pockets.

You all know what to do - if you haven't already, go and download the single, even if you already have it. Yes, we're all buying the single we're told to, but if we all just didn't buy Joe's, it would still get to number one.

Plus, how cool would it be to have a song which says 'fuck' at number one for Christmas?
